We try to schedule the service within the next few days. Depending on the issue, the length of the call varies. If parts are ordered most arrive in 3-5 days.
Where do you source replacement parts?
All replacement parts are OEM. We order them from a reliable part supplier.
What warranties do you offer?
30 Day Warranty - Generally all appliances come with this warranty. In this time, you don't pay anything as long as it's within the warranty.
90 Day Warranty - Most Stoves come with this warranty. In this time, you don't pay anything as long as it's within the warranty.
5 Month Labor Warranty - All appliance come with this warranty. In this time, you are only responsible for the price of parts.

If I purchase an Appliance, do you offer delivery?
Yes, we do deliver.
Ground Delivery within 20 miles: $50
Upstairs or Downstairs: +$20
Past 20 miles: +$1/mile
Hookup for Gas Appliances: +$100+parts
Hookup for Dishwashers: +$100+parts.
What does Delivery Include?
For washers, dryers, and electric stoves we provide cords and hoses.
